VoIP: I cannot access my Voice Mailbox
I have dialed *1 from my phone and the mailbox system asks me for my mailbox number.
I have entered my mailbox and then the system goes quiet and eventually hangs up.
What am I doing wrong?
This problem is caused by having the DTMF mode set incorrectly on your VoIP phone/adaptor.
You need to make sure that your phone/adaptor is set to use "RFC2833" for its DTMF mode.
On the Sipura Adaptors this is called "AVT"
