VoIP: How do I collect my voicemails?

You can collect your voicemail two ways:

1. From your phone dial *1 or 185
2. You can also dial 0870 861 6661. You will be asked for your mailbox number (your extension number) and a password.
3. Please note that users of the SpeedTouch routers will not be able to use *1 option. This is because the SpeedTouch router uses * followed by a number for some of its own internal features.
