VoIP: How do I get support for my VoIP Phone/Adaptor if it is not listed here?

If your Voice Over IP (VoIP) phone or adapter does not appear in our setup list and you are unable to get it working, please contact our support department providing:

1. Phone Make and Model Number
2. Your FreeVirtualNumbers.co.uk VoIP Id
3. Also please provide screenshots of any configuration as we may not have access to similar equipment

This information will enable us to help you as effectively as possible.
We cannot guarantee that we will be able to support all makes of phone/adaptor.
