VoIP: Caller ID problems with IAX on Asterisk

If you are creating a custom application or manually configuring CLI options with Asterisk or Asterisk related software you need to be aware of the following:

Set(CALLERID(name)=name[|a])		(for Asterisk >= v1.2.x)
SetCIDName(name[|a])		(for Asterisk <= v1.0.x)

We are currently on v1.2..0 on the IAX server.
