VoIP: How do I transfer calls using the Siemens Gigaset DECT?

This device does not by default support call transfers when a call is made or received via IP (VoIP).

We can however override this using our PBX servers in London to perform the call transfer. The only transfer method currently offered is blind (Unattended).

Your device may already be configured on our servers for this behaviour, try pressing "#" when in a call - if you hear an American voice "Transfer" you can perform either a 7 or a 3 digit transfer.

If you do not hear the "Transfer" , firstly please check your DTMF settings are correct , if they are please technical support with your extension number and we will activate the transfer function on your account.
