VoIP: Setting up the trunk to use the IAX inbound Service

1. Log onto the Trixbox Configuration and Administation screen
2. Select FreePBX
3. Select Setup.
4. Select Tunks
5. Select the add IAX2 Trunk.
   
6. General Settings Section
   Leave these fields blank unless you are using the same trunk for the IAX outbound service.
   
7. Outbound Dialing Rules Section
   Leave these fields bland unless you are using the same trunk for the IAX outbound service.
   
8. Outgoing Settings Section
   Leave these fields bland unless you are using the same trunk for the IAX outbound service.
   
9. Incoming Settings Section
   USER Context : Enter the username you supplied in your IAX destination string when purchasing the service. (username:password@IPaddress as appropriate for your IAX server)
   USER Details : Enter the following lines in this box :
   context=from-pstn
   disallow=all (Optional)
   allow=alaw (Optional)
   type=user
   secret=(the password you supplied in your IAX destination string when purchasing the service. (username:password@IPaddress as appropriate for your IAX server)
   
10. Registration Section
    Leave the Register String empty and select Submit Changes.
11. Finally select the red bar at the top of the screen to reload the Congfiguration files.
12. You have now set up the inbound IAX connection to Free Virtual Numbers, you must now set up your "Inbound Routes" rules.
